Users can navigate our websites anonymously, with personal identification information collected only when voluntarily provided through actions such as site registration, product or service inquiries, or form submissions. Voluntary data fields encompass name, email address, and phone number(s), which may be utilized for permission-based subscription services like promotional emails, direct inquiries, and communication through WhatsApp and SMS.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Requesting Cancellation: Customers can request cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing the policy by contacting Lookinsure via our platform or WhatsApp.
• Approval by Insurer: All cancellations must be approved by the insurance provider. If the insurer does not approve, Lookinsure cannot process the cancellation or provide a refund.
• Refunds: If approved, refunds (minus any applicable fees) will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

2. Replacement Policy

• Requesting Replacement: Replacements are subject to the insurer’s terms and can be requested within 24 hours if an error is made.
• Approval by Insurer: The insurer must also approve replacements. Lookinsure cannot proceed with replacements without the insurer’s consent.

3. Conditions

• Documentation: Customers may need to provide documents for cancellation or replacement requests.
• No Liability: Lookinsure is not liable if the insurer denies a cancellation or replacement request.
