Sanctions Undertaking

Lookinsure LLC-FZ does not accept transactions or dealings with the following "Embargoed and Sanctioned Countries or Territories": Cuba, Islamic Republic of Iran, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, non-government-controlled areas of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine, North Korea, and Syria (collectively referred to as "Embargoed and Sanctioned Countries").
Lookinsure LLC-FZ provides insurance policies exclusively to UAE residents and citizens holding Emirates IDs and valid visas. Transactions are permitted only with UAE residents and citizens who hold Emirates IDs and valid visas.

User Obligations and Account Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information when using our Service. You are solely responsible for the information you provide, and you must promptly update any information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if Lookinsure has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Lookinsure has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

Consequences of Providing Incorrect Information

The accuracy of the information you provide is crucial for the effective provision of insurance policies. If a policy is not issued or is later invalidated due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, the responsibility and any consequences arising from such inaccuracies will lie solely with you. Lookinsure LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to fulfill these obligations.

Documentation and Eligibility for Services

You are required to submit all necessary documentation as requested by the insurance providers or Lookinsure to facilitate the provision of insurance policies.
Failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner will result in the inability to issue an insurance policy. The responsibility for any consequences arising from the failure to provide necessary documentation lies solely with you, the user.

Use of the Website

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This right does not include any resale of the site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Intellectual Property Rights
